Add a plus or start icon in Watchlist search bar

While adding a company to watchlist it opens the company page and from there we can add it to watchlist. If we add a quick button Infront of the company name in search it will add that ticker to watchlist quickly. And we can quickly search and add for another instead of opening them Everytime and coming back to search bar again and again.
